Background and Aim: Many cases of SCD are seen at Medical College Calicut every year. However, there is no studies on hepatobiliary manifestation in sickle cell disease patients Kerala. Objective this study isto find out the prevalence manifestations with College, Kozhikode to identify various these patients. Methods: Using structured questionnaire, demographic relevant clinical information were collected from admitted Calicut, Kerala Results: 154 evaluated for identifying manifestations. Out 104 (67.5%) males 50 (32.4%) females. 99 (64%) age group between 20 40 years. Major acute hepatopathy 10 (6.4%) patients, cholelithiasis 17(11.04%) cholangitis choledocholithiasis 1 patient cholangiopathy patient. USG finding liver span >14cm 38% increased echoes 50.65% GB sludge 44%. In abdomen mean CBD diameter was 4.37. Mean (p value 0.001). fibroscan (8.24 kpa) <0.00001). all 6.07kpa admission 6.46 kpa 3 months <0.0001). hospital stay 8.89 days versus 2.21 without any Conclusion: 10(6.4%) 17 (11.04%) Fibroscan 3rd month history (p-value < .00001)
